Meet and Greet~ FREE
This is an opportunity for me to introduce myself to you. I recognize that I am not a good fit for everyone and this is your opportunity to know if I am right for your family. If I'm not I will try to help you find someone who would be a better fit for you. I am currently working on networking with other doulas in the area.
Phone & Email Support
Once I am hired as your doula, I am on constant standby for any support or information you may need to prepare for your birth. I will be available through email, text or phone calls. I'll be available for 6 weeks after your birth.
Minimum Two Prenatal Visits
These meetings are where we can discuss comfort measures during birth, birthing positions, a birth plan and antenatal care. This is where I get to know you and learn what is important to you. What makes you most comfortable when stressed?

Available to you at any point you're ready for me to be. This includes coming to your home during early labor. C
Constantly available to you at your birthing place (hospital, home, birthing center, etc).
Available for continuous information or breastfeeding support.
